Cowboy Bebop: The Movie (2001)

The crew of Bebop does the same ordinary routine everyday, until Faye sees an oil tanker that suddenly explode, causing everyone to panic. As casualties increase due to the odd disease spreading through the smoke from the recent blast, three hundred million woolong will be given to anyone who can bring them the perpetrator behind this mess.
