Eternal Card Game

The first player will be randomly chosen. Then both players will draw 7 random cards, but make sure that the initial or first hand must have at least 1 power card and 1 non-power card. Each player have the chance to ignore the hand and redraw it once, with the second having 2-4 power cards. There is an equal chance to both players, so don't worry!
