James P. Sullivan is titled as one of the top scarers in Monsters Incorporated. He lives with Mike, his best friend slash scare assistant. One evening, a small girl named Boo finds her way towards the scare factory. As he failed to bring the girl back from her home, he doesn't have any much choice but to bring the small kid with him. The two tried to bring Boo back into the factory, who's currently dressed as a baby monster in attempts to send her home; but Randall, a lizard-like monster, mistakenly captures Mike instead.

I really love this movie with all my heart! The beginning until the climax were all fun scenes and I also admire James and Mike's friendship. Boo is such a cutie and I love how she wasn't scared of the monsters because she knows for a fact that they're actually nice and genuine.
